How To Request Deletion
Backwater Outlaws can be played in guest mode, and we do not require an Iron Creek Studio password-based account.
If you submitted leaderboard data, support messages, bug reports, or other data to Iron Creek Studio, follow these steps:
- Open the account and data deletion request form.
- Enter the email address we can use to confirm the request.
- Include your Backwater Outlaws display name, Google Play Games display name, leaderboard name, or any details that help us locate your records.
- Submit the form, or email the same request to dev@ironcreekstudio.com.
Do not send passwords or payment card details. Google Play purchases and Google account data are controlled by Google and must be managed through Google.
Request Account / Data Deletion
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days. Where the request can be verified and no legal or security hold applies, we aim to complete deletion from active Iron Creek Studio systems within 30 days.
Residual copies in logs or backups may remain until normal rotation, up to 90 days.
Guest Play and Local Saves
If you play Backwater Outlaws in guest mode without submitting leaderboard or support data, Iron Creek Studio may not have account records that identify you.
Local device saves can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app from your Android device.
